Below is an overview to the proprietary and GMP Certified process.
Step 1: Farming Organically
Each product created starts with natural proprietary strains of phytocannabinoid-rich hemp. The hemp used is grown in nutrient-rich Colorado soil. The farmers operate under strict guidelines to insure it’s 100% organic.
Utilizing state-of-the-art farming techniques enhances the quality of natural proprietary strains and makes sure the CBD based products are safe and unsurpassed in their potency, consistency, and deliverability.
Step 2: Processing Raw Hemp
The plants used are dried and warehoused after harvesting. The Hemp is then milled into a coarse powder utilizing the highest quality milling standards in the industry. Once processed, it is transported to the processing and manufacturing facility located in Colorado.
Step 3: Solids Separation and Extraction
The hemp extraction and purification process utilized is proprietary. This insures all the hemp’s beneficial phytocannabinoids, terpenes, terpenoids and flavonoids are preserved. It eliminates unwanted compounds while preventing the degradation of the natural molecular structure. The process results in the highest quality full spectrum hemp oil and CBD available.
Every drop of phytocannabinoid rich (PCR) hemp oil contains as many as 112 cannabinoids including CBD, CBDA, CBG, CBN, CBC, and THCA. Also naturally occurring are a wide variety of terpenes and flavonoids. You’ll enjoy and benefit from a full spectrum of natural compounds.
While CBD offers a slew of health benefits, a growing sector of the research community has found a full spectrum product (a product that contains other naturally occurring cannabinoids and terpenes derived from hemp) leads to compounding benefits. This is often referred to as the Entourage Effect.
But the process isn’t completely finished yet. Once extracted, the oil is pressed to separate the largest majority of oil from the plant solids.
Step 4: Distillation Process
The distilled oil is used to separate the hemp extract from the food grade ethanol used during the extraction process. As far as we know, we are one of a few companies in the world that use this food grade ethanol.
Step 5: Refining and THC Removal
The process of removing even the most minute traces of THC is one of the most important steps. THC is the compound associated with hemp and cannabis that produces the “high.”
A proprietary technology is used to remove unwanted compounds that may remain in the oil. These compounds include wax, chlorophyll, plant pigments and minuscule amounts of THC. It is then formulated to create the highest quality full spectrum CBD oil with zero THC available anywhere.
Since the products are 100% THC free, we can legally ship them to any state in the USA and to most countries around the world.
Step 6: Third-Party Lab Testing
Every production run is tested for quality and potency. This confirms all the cannabinoids, essential fatty acids, terpenes, and phytonutrients stay consistent and pure.
Each batch goes through rigorous testing. When the batch passes, it receives a Certificate of Analysis and a Certificate of Quality Assurance that is made available to customers. Third-party labs are used on a monthly basis to verify and confirm all Certificates. Need some great news? To date, not one batch has failed to meet the unprecedented testing standards!
Step 7: Proprietary Nanoemulsion Technology
Some of the products require the CBD oil to go through an additional processing step. The raw hemp oil goes through a proprietary process to transform it into nano-sized emulsions. This final step makes it the most bioavailable full spectrum CBD oil in the industry today.
The competition hemp oil particles range between 150 and 5000 nanometers in size. Our particles are 25-60. This small size provides better bioavailability, leading to much more effective absorption, and deliverability.
This nanoemulsion process can make the formulas 5X more bioavailable than oil-based product and 4X more bioavailable than water-soluble hemp-based oils.
